Quail Run is a Darnestown neighborhood of 130 single family homes located adjacent to Jones Lane Elementary School along Jones Lane (map) that have two very distinct personalities.  North of Jones Lane Elementary, over 80 custom homes primarily built by local builder Wohlfarth Construction from 1965 through today are sited on half acre or larger lots.  These homes typically feature wide plank flooring and other rich architectural details.  South of Jones Lane, NV Homes developed over 40 traditional brick-front colonial homes from 1995 to 1998.  These single family homes have an average of 3,200 square feet of living space and sit on lots from 1/2 to almost 2 acres.
