Willow Ridge is a great North Potomac neighborhood located at the corner of Darnestown Road and Riffleford Road (map).  113 single family homes were developed by the Kettler Brothers from 1985 to 1987.  The average home has around 2,500 square feet of living space and sits on a 0.3 acre lot.  19 townhomes were added at the end of Copen Meadow Drive in 1991.  These homes have 1,152 square feet of living space.  The community was expanded again from 2004 to 2006 with the addition of large colonials developed by Winchester Homes.  These traditional-style homes have an average of 5,100 square feet of living space and sit on 3/4 acre lots.  Learn more about Willow Ridge at the Willow Ridge Community Website.
